Litigation Support

Litigation support is where forensic work either becomes evidence or becomes a problem. We prepare expert reports under the Rules of the High Court (Order 38) and the Code of Conduct for Expert Witnesses, with the expert's overriding duty to the court, and we have given oral evidence in the courts of Hong Kong and Singapore.

Instructing solicitors receive what a matter actually needs: preservation that starts the day the call comes, examination on verified copies, exhibits referenced so cross-examination finds procedure rather than improvisation, and findings reported plainly, adverse ones included. No contingency fees, ever; evidence paid on results is evidence the court should not trust.
