D3Forensics Limited is Digital Data Discovery Forensics: a court-aware digital forensics and expert witness consultancy registered in Hong Kong, BR No. 53603590, working from Wong Chuk Hang for solicitors, corporates and private clients across Asia-Pacific and the United Kingdom.

The three Ds are the method as well as the name. Detect: evidence preserved and examined on verified, hash-validated copies. Document: every step recorded so the work can be repeated and tested. Demonstrate: plain-language reports with referenced exhibits, under the Rules of the High Court (Order 38) where expert evidence is required. Every contact leaves a trace; our job is to find it, keep it intact, and explain it.

Engagements are taken by Alan Jeffries, Principal Consultant, whose practice history is published at jeffries.hk. The firm publishes its refusals as plainly as its services: no unauthorised access, no covert account access, no work without lawful authority. Credentials and matter histories are provided to instructing counsel under confidentiality rather than listed here; that is a deliberate practice, not an omission.
